I have been renting from Realty boulevard for almost a year and a half. They have been awesome to deal with. They always get back to me quickly. I’ve only had a few repair requests but they fixed them as soon as the owner approved them. One repair took longer then I expected but I understand that they have to get an owner to approve things first. I was late on my rent once and they were very courteous and worked with me well till I paid a few days late. I would re-rent from them again and hope to buy with Amber some day, she has been helping me build my credit and prepping to buy. Overall, I was shocked to see these reviews because that is nothing like my experience with them. I love their new office too. Clean and inviting.
